Our website
This website is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, in mind, and it is checked for common accessibility problems each time it is updated. Pages work with screen readers and keyboards, text can be zoomed, colors are checked for contrast, and photos have descriptions.
Our shop
The entrance at 62 Bridge Street is step-free, and the aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair or a stroller. There is a stool by the register, and a staff member will bring anything down from a high shelf. Service animals are always welcome, and well-behaved leashed dogs too. The two nearest accessible parking spaces are on Bridge Street, just left of the door.
Shopping by phone
If the website is hard to use, call (413) 555-0143 and we will take your order by phone, wrap it, and ship it or hold it for pickup, at the same prices.
