When you fill out a form on this site, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to answer you. We never sell your information.
Orders
When you place an order, we receive your name, email, shipping address (or pickup choice), what you ordered and any gift message you write. We use it to fill and ship your order and to email you about it. Your payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number. We keep order records for seven years, because tax law asks us to.

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Third-party services
Some pages include tools from other companies, such as maps and payment pages. Those services have their own privacy policies and only load when you use them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time, except for order records we are required to keep.
